Markelle Fultz wasn’t just good in college. He was great. The Philadelphia 76ers traded the third overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft and a future first round pick to select Fultz. Most experts saw him as a great all-around player, with an amazing and fluid jump shot. But the jump shot vanished, and his shooting form was noticeably different at his first NBA minicamp. Various opinions emerged that Fultz was suffering physical issues in his right shoulder. Others suggested that Fultz was experiencing mental issues with the stress of playing in the NBA. In December of 2018, doctors diagnosed Fultz with neurogenic TOS, and he begins treatment with physical therapy.
